Good News and Corona Virus Guidelines
The Good News - Some of our Cake Minds Teachers are hoping to start teaching again in September, dependant on the situation.
But to ensure and respect everyone's safety we have set out some guidelines to ensure we all stay safe.
Creative crafts are now being recognised for their benefits on our well-being and on our mental health, and with sugarcrafting being an affordable, accessible and diverse past-time, hobby and very often, profession, it is not surprising how popular it has become over the past few years.
Cake Minds offers you a place to escape for a few hours on a regular basis, join like-minded people, learn to create some great little projects and above all to have fun and relax.

Setting up as an accredited teacher with Cake Minds with Rhu Strand has been a straight forward and thoroughly enjoyable process. Rhu has fostered a community of support and encouragement with her growing team of teachers and is on hand to answer any queries which may arise. The tutorials are detailed and easy to follow, the resources ever growing and nothing is too much trouble for Rhu. I’m very much looking forward to teaching the lessons and being part of an ever growing supportive cake community.
Ginger Cat Cakery
I thought of you this morning- I had a cake delivery in Horndean. Firstly I was thinking about our Sunday morning cake classes and how brilliant they were. Then I remembered that awful morning when I was trying to deliver a cake over that way and the model had collapsed and you so kindly helped me out when I rang you in a panic in Sunday morning- do you remember? You really are a star Rhu, so generous and always wanting and supporting others to do well. A true teacher! Thank you x
